party goer roommate?
I recently moved in with a good friend who is now my new roommate. We agreed not to make the house a "House Party ", since we live near the city and it would be too easy for people to fall randomly on and get away. But in the space of two weeks have produced 2-up games have left me pull my hair out. I had to kick some of his friends after they had been partying at our house from the End of Year and yesterday was on January 3! I feel that overstayed their welcome and had to work yesterday, coming home to find them all still there, I suspect that someone had sleeping in my bed, and another was rummaging through my library in the room asked if I had a seafood cookbook. My work area was taken by someone elses computer and music were manipulated, leaving me to work on my bed in my room to avoid noise. This new roommate has not even paid their share of the first months rental and bond and could be extreme, but I feel ready to move on!
try talking to him first to solve the problem. Who is in the lease? both of you? If both are the lease then you have the option for you or you going to move. But coming out is responsibility for finding a roommate to replace them within 3 months. Last 3 months (the person who moved) are reposible Forthe remaining months of rent. If only one of you in the lease then who is not on the lease must give / get a notice from 30 to 60 days to make it function in your state. If not paid, may give a warning or stop paying once a month ago … but then you have to find the roommate replacement. You can also talk with the owner at times .. that will allow both the lease by paying a fee (usually around $ 1,000) Good luck
