Fear of a toddler bed?

Is anyone afraid of one year two of your bed? I can not understand. For two weeks he does not want to bed because he is afraid. When asked what scares him, he points to the bed … specifically your mattress. I changed the sheets, asked about of each stuffed animal that he says he is not afraid. It's something of his bed. I went to find him sleeping on the floor or the swing. I have no idea about what specifically happened * * scare. It has a pretty good vocabulary, but I do not think he has the words that I tel. He just keeps saying "scary" and once said something about a monster * * * *. and eyes were cars Disney in his bed, so I thought that perhaps the eyes on cars he was afraid to look at night and I took those out. I put the sheets Diego because he loves Diego. But still scared. Tonight I will try plain with blue sheets without characters. Any other ideas?

Not sure. My nephew use to start in his bed and then end up on the floor. So we started just leaving the door open a little bit and we put him in his bed after fell asleep. I think it could be a stage that is going through. Perhaps the plain leaves will work. Do you have a night light in there? Maybe if you try to turn it off and see what he will say next. If he agrees to go then he would not bee able to see eye monster. We hope you can get like his bed. Good luck.
