The hard to find dish rack?

I am looking for one of the dish racks can be connected to the sink. Has anyone ever seen before, and if so, What store or website Was it? I tried Target, Crate & Barrel, Wal-Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond and Linen and Things. I can not seem to find it. Help!
