It is 8 of 10 shots in a 1 square inch (sub MOA) good precision of a rifle that has been expensive beds?
I fired 10 shots at 100 yards, and let barrel to cool until it was the warmth same for each shot, and 8 of 10 shots came on a 1 "by 1" square (sub MOA). Is this a good precision an expensive rifle that had been lying? I plan to shoot the foxes 400 meters and 500 meters kangaroos. The rifle is a Remington Model 700 XCR with a synthetic material new "24, 1:10 twist stainless barrel 270, and had to be to epoxy bedding. And I'm shooting 110gr boat tail ballistic tip bullets TTSX Barnes.
Sounds like going to do the job! That's actually kind of shot I would have to say.
